HOW DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?
In Monnuage you can return an online order.
You must contact our customer service and after checking all the data, we will send a carrier to pick up your order in the next 24-48 hours (working days).
The items to be returned must be in perfect condition and with their original labels.
We accept returns of swimwear provided that they retain the packaging that protects the product, as well as their safety seals or protective devices. Changes or refunds of intimate garments (panties and briefs) are not accepted in accordance with article 103 e) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Consumer and Users Law, and that it is about goods that are not apt to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene once they have been unsealed after delivery.
WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO BE ABLE TO MAKE A RETURN?
The term for any return is 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
DO I HAVE TO PAY SOMETHING FOR THE RETURN?
Returns in Monnuage are not free. The amount of the transfer of the refund will be deducted.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
When making the return through the online store, once approved, you will be paid the amount of the returned items in the same way you made the payment of the order, discounting the postage.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
If the return has been approved, you will receive an email indicating the confirmation of the same and the payment of the amount will be reflected in your account in a few days. (Remember that credit card payment always depends on your bank).
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE AMOUNT OF MY RETURN IS INCORRECT?
